How do I check to see if I've placed an order and/or made a payment?

In the drop-down menu for My Account, select Previous Purchases & Amounts Due.  (If you're using the app) Scroll down on the Landing Page and click "Payments"  On orders page, MTK displays only the order number, not the name of the order, so it might be helpful to look at the dollar amount to find your order or click the order number to see the receipt/invoice.

 

 

How do I make a payment?

First, you'll need to locate the order.  If you think you've already started the process, check your cart first for any unpaid items (cart items will show at the very top of your page in the same line as "Logged in as ____").  If you have any unpaid items not yet in your cart, there should be a blue box on your Home page (click Home on your computer or in the app).  You can pay by clicking on the link in the blue box.  Your other option is to click Previous Purchases & Amounts Due in the drop-down menu under My Account to locate the order.

 

 

How do I give my student their own access to our Membership Toolkit account?

On a computer:  In the drop-down menu for My Account, select User Profile. Click the blue Access tab.  Follow the directions at the bottom in the "Link Other Emails to this Account" section.  The invitee will receive an email verifying them and asking them to establish their own password.  Once all of this is complete, students will be able to access music and payment options, but nothing that is private to the profile owner.

 

On the app: Click on the 3 white horizontal lines in the top left corner.  Click the settings icon (white gear) in the top right corner. Click "Add or manage additional users" & follow the directions above.  

 

How can I subscribe or unsubscribe to communication groups and calendars?  

To view what communication groups you are currently subscribed to:

Web-based: Log into MTK, Under "My Account" click "User Profile". Then you will see a list of menu items at the top of that page beginning. Click "Subscriptions". This will allow you to subscribe or unsubscribe to each of the communication groups we have set up in MTK. Scrolling down you will see links to subscribe to each of the calendars. You can sync this to iCal or other calendar apps allowing you to view the band schedule on your favorite calendar app. Be sure to click "Save Preferences" for the changes to take effect.

 

Mobile-based: Close out of your app and relaunch. Sign in to MTK if needed. Click the upper left hand side where you see the 3 lines that look like a stack of pancakes. Click the gear icon in the upper right hand corner. Scroll and find "Manage Subscriptions" and click. Select the settings you want to change. This is a great and easy way to sync your phone calendar to the band calendar. Be sure to click "Save Preferences" for the changes to take effect.

 

 

How do I add a new allergy or health condition to my student's Allergies & Conditions form (or edit any other previously submitted form)?

On a computer:  In the drop-down menu for My Account, select My Settings. Click the blue Forms tab.  Click the blue link for the form you'd like to edit.  Click the red "edit this form" button.

 

On the app: Click on the 3 white horizontal lines in the top left corner.  Click the settings icon (white gear) in the top right corner. Click Submitted Forms.  Click the blue link for the form you'd like to edit.  Click the red "edit this form" button.

 

 

How do I change my student's emergency contact?

Click on My Account.  At the top, click "Parent & Student Information."  (If you're using the app, Parent & Student Information will show on the front landing page as a red button).  If parent information is correct, click the red "Next Step" button at the bottom to be taken to the student information page where you will find the emergency contact listed at the bottom.
